The Day of San Valentin is a traditional celebration in which the fiancès, enamored or spouses express their love or affection mutually. It is celebrated the 14 of February, onomástico of San Valentin. In many countries the Day of the Enamored ones is called to him. Particularly in Colombia, by commercial reasons, this celebration is celebrated the third weekend of September and it knows like Day of the Love and the Friendship. At the present time, it is celebrated by means of the known note interchange of love like "the Valentins", with symbols as the symbolic form of the heart and Cupido. From century XIX the produced postal interchange was introduced massively. To this practice giving was added another type of gifts like roses and chocolates, normally given to the women by the men. In the United States, this celebration also began to associate with a greeting platonic love of "Happy Valentinés", sent by the men to its friends - rarely to its friends -.

bulling:

Bullying is the intentional tormenting of others through verbal harassment, physical assault, or other more subtle methods of coercion such as manipulation There is currently no legal definition of bullying.
In colloquial speech, bullying often describes a form of harassment perpetrated by an abuser who possesses more physical and/or social power and dominance than the victim. The victim of bullying is sometimes referred to as a target. The harassment can be verbal, physical and/or emotional.

It is only in recent years that bullying has been recognised and recorded as a separate and distinct offence, but there have been well documented cases the were recorded in a different context. The Fifth Volume of the Newgate Calendar contains at least one example where Eton Scholars George Alexander Wood and Alexander Wellesley Leith were charged, at Aylesbury Assizes, with killing and slaying the Hon. F. Ashley Cooper on February 28, 1825 in an incident that would now, surely be described as "lethal hazing". The Newgate calendar contains several other examples that, while not as distinct, could be considered indicative of situations of bullying.
